| It is about Kashmir. Kashmir is in India on the border (on the frontier) of Pakistan. There is a conflict (a clash /a fight) between Indian and Pakistani people. It is an armed conflict. 500 people were killed because of the conflict. They fight for territory because Kashmir is controlled by Pakistan and India. | |||

| Multiculturalism is a mix of people from different ethnicity (origin / belonging / roots). The identity of a country is a mix (a compound / a hybridization / a melting-pot / a merger) of different ethnicities and cultures. People are split (are segregated / are separated / are cast away / are put aside / are cut off) in their community and it creates tension. People should mix. People should be connected (should be tuned / should be linked / should intermingle / should interact) to avoid tensions. People shouldn’t be blind to cultural differences because we should accept (should tolerate /should acknowledge / should recognize) differences to prevent the rise of nationalism (patriotism). People should be open-minded (broad-minded / tolerant). | |||
